Cancellation of a registration must be received via email (jimsons@acoms2024.com) to the Conference
Office. Request for cancellation over the telephone is not accepted.
The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification.

Refund requests must be received within 15 days following the conference’s conclusion.
All refunds will be made after the conference. The conference secretariat will notify the delegate about
the refund arrangement and payment method.
All specific programs (workshops, master classes, Pre-Conference, etc) are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2024. We regret that we are unable to
make any exceptions due to family obligations or illness.
It is strongly advised that participants have suitable health and travel insurance. Such insurance is not
included in registration fees. Attendee insurance of any type is not provided by ACOMS 2024.
Health insurance must be provided by participants.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ACOMS 2024 and events constitute the participant's
agreement for ACOMS 2024 to use the participant's image in photographs and videotapes.
